We run club training in the main sports hall every Tuesday at 8pm until 10pm. Old or new, everyone is welcome to join us, just follow the noise!

Team training is on Mondays at 8pm until 9:30pm, alternating the focus between men's and ladies' teams. Team training is by invite of the coach only.
Fridays: SADVA matches are held on Friday nights at Woodlands Community College on Minstead Ave, Southampton (SO18 5FW).
HVA matches are held on various Sundays at The Bay House School on Gomer Ln, Gosport (PO12 2QP).
